Air bubbles impact the material and suspend it in water. Water pipes spray water to push suspended material forward. Elevator lifts the material to the next equipment.

气泡冲击物料使其悬浮在水中，水管喷水推动悬浮物料使其往提升机输送，提升机提升物料输送至下道设备。

设备必须在专业人员的指导下进行安装和调试。

3.1.3Installing debugging program, method and matter needing attention

3.1.3.1 Electrical appliances and frame must have grounding, air pump inlet and outlet must be connected according to the related instruction and marks, not to reverse, air pump screw must be firmly connected;

电器和机架必须有接地，气泵进出口必须按照相关说明和标志连接，不得反转，气泵螺杆必须连接牢固

4.1 Important Safe Precautions

a. Check if the electrical part has a good conduction and grounding;

 b. Check the adequacy of water supply and the seal in the waterway part;

检查电气部件是否有良好的传导和接地性能

检查供水是否充足，水道部分是否密封；

4.2 Safety Protection, Signs, and Instructions before use and in use

Before use, Check whether the air pump rotation is reversing, it is prohibited to reverse. Check whether the gas pipe joint has a leak.

使用前，检查气泵旋转是否反转，禁止反转。检查气体管接头是否有泄漏。

4.3 Operating Procedures, Methods, Matters need to be noted during the process of starting, operating and stopping.

a. When meeting the accident and needing emergency stop, the emergency stop button can be pushed or turn off the total gate.

  当遇到事故并需要紧急停止时，可以按下紧急停止按钮或关闭总门。

b. Ensure the machine is powered off, verifying all switches are closed after the machine is shut down.

确保机器断电，验证机器关闭后所有开关都已关闭。
